In a group of 2-3 people and an EDGE trainer, you'll experience working out like never before following a systematic program designed to get results.
Our group sessions are a great way to make Personal Training more affordable and we limit our groups to a maximum of 4 people. This is to ensure each individual will receive Pulse Performance - Group Training the correct amount of coaching, so no one will get left behind. Your sessions will be designed and structured so each individual can progress at their own pace within the group. Each group will gradually be introduced to Strength and Conditioning and High Intensity workouts. All aspects of posture and functional movements will be addressed so you will receive maximum return from your effort and reach your Health and Fitness goals. Our highly experienced Personal Trainers will give you extensive coaching.
Working with an EDGEl Trainer and your own friends, or a small group of likeminded people with similar goals to your own, you will receive all the training support, guidance and motivation you would receive from 1:1 personal training but at a fraction of the cost. Not only will you benefit from the personal training experience but the social, group aspect will also motivate and encourage you on to new levels of achievement.
As part of your small group personal training sessions, you will receive a complementary 20min fitness and lifestyle assessment every 10 weeks to assess your progress and set goals for the future.
