EDGE Fitness offers three types of taining programs: one-on one, couples, and group (3 people max) training. EDGE training programs leverage the best Olympic lifting, kettle bell training, powerlifting, plyometrics, kick boxing, and strength training to maximize your body’s full potential.

How It Works
Our packages are set up at 5, 10, 20, and 50 packs with payments that can be set up on our 20 and 50 packs. The more you commit to, the less per hour the training is. Our rates are very competitive in the community and we always offer the first session for free to show you the difference we offer in training.
